Salisbury Steak Recipe
Sunday dinner was a hit with Homemade Salisbury Steak, Homemade Mashed Potatoes, Mac ‘n’ Cheese, and Corn. A lot of you have been asking for the Salisbury Steak and Mashed Potatoes, so here’s how I make it

Salisbury Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Hamburger Mixture:
- 1 lb of hamburger
- 1/3 cup of plain panko crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire
- Seasoning to your liking (I use garlic, onion powder & Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Blend)
For the Gravy:
- 2 packs of brown gravy
- About 2 cups of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- Dash or two of Worcestershire
Instructions:
- In your pan, add a little bit of oil over medium heat.
- Pat your patties out and add to the pan.
- Add your sliced onion and let them brown on both sides, only flipping once.
- After brown, add your gravy over and let it thicken, reducing the heat to low. Let simmer.
Mashed Potatoes Recipe
- Peel & dice your potatoes in a cooker
- Rinse them till the water is clean
- Boil on high till you can stick a fork through them
- Strain them
- Add about half a stick of butter
- Tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Dash or so of milk
- Salt & pepper
