3-Ingredient Mayonnaise Biscuits

These soft and fluffy mayonnaise biscuits are made with just three ingredients—no kneading, no rolling, and no fuss. Perfect for busy nights or whenever you need a quick, comforting side.

  • Mixing bowl
  • - Muffin tin
  • - Measuring cups and spoons
  • - Cooking spray

Ingredients
  

  • - 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • - 1 cup whole milk or buttermilk
  • - 2 cups self-rising flour
  • - Cooking spray for greasing muffin tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, and self-rising flour. Stir until just combined.
  • Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Scoop batter evenly into each muffin cup.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • For a golden finish, place under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm.

Notes

- To make self-rising flour: use 2 cups all-purpose flour + 1 tablespoon baking powder + 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Add shredded cheese, chopped herbs, or crumbled bacon for variety.
- These reheat well in the oven at 300°F for a few minutes.
