Butter Swim Biscuits Recipe – Soft, Flaky, & Extra Buttery!

Ingredients
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 stick
½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
Melt butter and pour into an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
Spread dough evenly over melted butter. Score into 9 squares.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
- Add herbs, cheese, or garlic for flavor variations.
- Best enjoyed fresh and warm!
