Butter Swim Biscuits Recipe – Soft, Flaky, & Extra Buttery!

Ingredients
  

  • - 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • - 4 tsp. baking powder
  • - 4 tsp. sugar
  • - 2 tsp. salt
  • - 2 cups buttermilk
  • - 1 stick ½ cup butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
  • Melt butter and pour into an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
  • Spread dough evenly over melted butter. Score into 9 squares.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

- Add herbs, cheese, or garlic for flavor variations.
- Best enjoyed fresh and warm!
