Cast Iron Deep Dish Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese
  • Toppings of choice pepperoni, onions, etc.
  • ½ lb raw ground beef broken into chunks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub skillet with oil and dust with flour.
  • Press dough into skillet, stretching to edges.
  • Spread sauce over dough and brush up sides.
  • Sprinkle seasoning, Parmesan, toppings, and cheese.
  • Place raw beef chunks on top.
  • Bake 25–35 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For crispier crust, preheat skillet before adding dough.
Store leftovers up to 3 days refrigerated.
Freeze slices for longer storage.
