Preheat oven to 350°F; line baking sheets with parchment.
Beat melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar 4–5 minutes until fluffy.
Add egg, yolk, and vanilla; mix 1 more minute.
Whisk dry ingredients; add to wet mixture on low speed.
Scoop into 1-inch balls; place 3 inches apart.
Bake 6 minutes.
Top each cookie with half a marshmallow.
Bake 4–5 more minutes, until melted.
Cool 5 minutes, then press a Hershey Drop into each center.
Cool completely on racks.
