Creamy Smothered Turkey Wings with Potatoes

Ingredients
3 to 4
lbs
turkey wings
separated at joints
1
tbsp
bacon grease
or butter
1
can cream of chicken soup
1
can cream of bacon soup
2
russet potatoes
peeled and cut into chunks
1
red bell pepper
chopped
1
green bell pepper
chopped
1
small onion
sliced
2
tbsp
heavy cream
optional, to loosen sauce
Seasonings: salt
pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, or any blend you love
Instructions
Season turkey wings and toss with veggies and bacon grease.
Mix soups together over medium heat until smooth; add heavy cream if needed.
Pour sauce over turkey and potatoes. Cover and bake 2.5–3 hours.
Uncover and brown for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice or cornbread.
Notes
Bacon grease adds the signature smoky flavor. For thicker gravy, bake uncovered longer at the end.
