Fluffy Homemade Biscuits

- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 5 tbsp frozen salted butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk or buttermilk
- Extra flour for dusting
- Butter for greasing the skillet
- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a cast iron skillet with butter. 
- Grate frozen butter into flour, mix until crumbly. 
- Add milk, stirring gently until a soft dough forms. 
- Lightly flour surface, turn out dough, fold 3-4 times. 
- Flatten to 1-inch thick, cut out biscuits. 
- Bake in the skillet for 13-16 minutes until golden brown. 
- Brush with butter and serve warm.
