Garlic Parmesan Crescent Skillet Bites

Flaky crescent‑roll bites stuffed with mozzarella, baked in a cast‑iron skillet, and brushed with garlic‑parmesan butter.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 8‑oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • - 4 oz mozzarella cut into 8 cubes
  • - 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • - 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • - ½ tsp garlic salt
  • - 1 Tbsp chopped parsley optional
  • - Cooking spray for skillet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F; grease 6‑inch cast‑iron skillet.
  • Roll mozzarella cube inside each crescent triangle; pinch seams.
  • Arrange rolls in skillet (one center, seven around).
  • Bake 13–15 min until golden.
  • Mix melted butter, parmesan, garlic salt; brush over hot rolls.
  • Garnish with parsley; serve warm.

Notes

- Substitute pepper‑jack for spicy version.
- Double ingredients for 10‑inch skillet.
- Store leftovers in airtight container; reheat 300 °F 6 min.
