Giant Lasagna Recipe for a Crowd (Fish Pan Lasagna)

Ingredients
  

  • - 3 lbs hamburger
  • - 2 lbs ground turkey
  • - 2 lbs sweet Italian sausage
  • - 2 bell peppers chopped
  • - 2 bunches green onions sliced
  • - 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • - 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
  • - 2 jars mushrooms
  • - 1 can tomato paste
  • - 2+ lbs mozzarella cheese
  • - 16 slices provolone cheese
  • - Cottage cheese for layers
  • - Oven-ready lasagna noodles

Instructions
 

  • Cook meats with peppers and onions; drain.
  • Stir in sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms, paste; simmer.
  • Layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella, provolone.
  • Repeat until pan is full; top with cheese.
  • Bake 45–60 minutes at 350°F, covered for first half.
  • Cool 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

- Weighs ~30 pounds in a fish pan.
- Store leftovers in fridge or freezer.
