Lady Lock Pillows

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 package frozen puff pastry thawed
  • - Powdered sugar for dusting
  • - 1 cup butter softened
  • - 3–4 cups powdered sugar
  • - 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
  • - 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Cut thawed puff pastry into squares/rectangles.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  • Cool completely. Slice each in half.
  • Beat butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for filling.
  • Pipe filling into pastry halves, dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

- Fillings can vary (custard, whipped cream, chocolate).
- Best served the same day.
- Store filled pastries up to 2 days in fridge.
