Ingredients
- 1 package frozen puff pastry
thawed
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- 1 cup butter
softened
- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Cut thawed puff pastry into squares/rectangles.
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Cool completely. Slice each in half.
Beat butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for filling.
Pipe filling into pastry halves, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Fillings can vary (custard, whipped cream, chocolate).
- Best served the same day.
- Store filled pastries up to 2 days in fridge.
