- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a cold cookie sheet.
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, vanilla, and milk; mix until smooth.
Add flour and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cold, ungreased baking sheet.
