Ingredients
  

  • For the Pork Chops:
  • 2-4 pork chops
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning Kinder’s The Blend
  • 1 tsp Buttery Steakhouse seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • For the Gravy:
  • 1 tbsp pork chop grease
  • 1 tbsp self-rising flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Smothered Potatoes:
  • 4-6 potatoes peeled and diced
  • Water for boiling
  • Salt to taste
  • For the Green Beans:
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pork chops – Season both sides and cook in butter and oil over medium heat, flipping once. Set aside.
  • Make the gravy – Add flour to grease, whisk until smooth, then slowly add milk while whisking. Cook until thickened and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the potatoes – Peel, dice, rinse, and boil until tender. Drain and mix with gravy.
  • Prepare the green beans – Sauté in butter with salt and pepper until tender.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
Add a splash of heavy cream to the gravy for richness.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
