  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press into the bottom of a greased and floured springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
