Jack Frost Winter Cocktail
A tropical yet wintery blue cocktail made with pineapple, coconut, and rum, rimmed with "snowy" coconut flakes. The perfect signature drink for Christmas parties!
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz White Rum or Vodka
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- Ice
- For Rim: Corn syrup or honey and shredded coconut
Dip the rim of a martini glass into corn syrup, then dip into shredded coconut to create a snow effect.
In a shaker filled with ice, combine pineapple juice, rum, Blue Curaçao, and cream of coconut.
Shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into the rimmed glass.
Christmas Margarita: 1.5 oz Tequila, 2 oz Cranberry Juice, 0.5 oz Triple Sec, splash of lime. Rim with red/green sugar.
Peppermint Spritzer: Fill champagne flute 3/4 with Sparkling Wine, top with Lemon-Lime soda, 1 drop peppermint extract. Garnish with candy cane.
Batching: You can mix the Jack Frost ingredients in a pitcher (without ice) and keep refrigerated until serving.
