Instructions
Mix crumb topping: sugars, cinnamon, salt, butter, and flour until crumbs form.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line brownie pan with liners.
Mix cake ingredients (except egg whites).
Whip egg whites until stiff; fold into batter.
Fill liners 3/4 full, add crumb topping.
Bake 15 minutes until golden and set.
Cool on rack, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Store at room temp 3 days.
