Cheesy Breakfast Crescent Roll Delight


  • Crescent rolls
  • 5 eggs
  • A little milk
  • Diced red peppers
  • American cheese slices
  • Ham (cut into cubes)
  • Colby jack cheese
  • Egg white


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread out the crescent rolls and push the cuts together to form a solid sheet.
  3. In a bowl, scramble the eggs with a little milk and add the diced red peppers.
  4. Layer the following ingredients onto the middle of the uncooked crescent sheet: American cheese slices, ham cubes, and scrambled eggs with red peppers. Sprinkle Colby jack cheese on top.
  5. Make 7 cuts on each side of the crescents to create 8 “tabs.”
  6. Pull one tab from each side up with 1 twist to meet in the middle until all the tabs are wrapped around the filling.
  7. Brush the top of the roll with egg white.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the roll is golden brown.

  10. Cut the roll into slices and serve.

Note: You can customize the filling by substituting any meat and cheese. You can also add green peppers and onions to the scrambled eggs if desired.
