Peanut Butter Roll🎄
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Confectioner’s sugar (4-5 lbs for mixing and rolling out each roll)
- Peanut butter (18 oz approx.)
Instructions:
- Melt margarine.
- Add vanilla.
- Begin adding powdered sugar.
- Add milk.
- Continue to add confectioner’s sugar until dough is ready to be rolled.
- Use confectioner’s sugar to roll each ball.
- Spread peanut butter.
- Use knife to slide under while making each roll.
- Wrap each roll in wax paper and refrigerate a few hours before slicing.
