Peanut Butter Roll🎄


  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • Confectioner’s sugar (4-5 lbs for mixing and rolling out each roll)
  • Peanut butter (18 oz approx.)


  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Add vanilla.
  3. Begin adding powdered sugar.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Continue to add confectioner’s sugar until dough is ready to be rolled.
  6. Use confectioner’s sugar to roll each ball.
  7. Spread peanut butter.
  8. Use knife to slide under while making each roll.
  9. Wrap each roll in wax paper and refrigerate a few hours before slicing.
