breakfast casserole for holidays recipe

My mom used to make this breakfast casserole on holidays. She’s gone now but my 91 year old dad still makes it for Christmas!

10 slices bread cubed
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
10 eggs
1tsp salt a little pepper
1 lb link sausage browned and cut in pieces
1 tsp dry mustard
2 c milk


Beat eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and milk. layer bread cubes, cheese and
sausage in greased casserole. Pour egg mixture over top. make sure it is all
covered with egg. Refrigerate overnight. bake 1 hour or until egg is done
Bake 350°.
