Chocolate truffle fudge recipe
I make this Truffle fudge for Christmas
Ingredients:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (12 oz) packages of chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
Instructions:
- In a double boiler, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Heat the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered 8×8 inch pan.
- Chill the fudge in the refrigerator until it is set.
- Once the fudge is set, cut it into small squares and serve.
