West Virginia’s Lazy and Delicious Pepperoni Rolls


  • Rhodes frozen dinner roll dough
  • Thick cut pepperoni
  • Oil
  • Parmesan
  • Italian spices
  • Coarse salt


  1. Thaw the Rhodes frozen dinner roll dough and let it double in size.
  2. Flatten the dough and place thick cut pepperoni on top.
  3. Seal the edges and reshape the dough.
  4. Allow the dough to rise.
  5. Brush the dough with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian spices, and coarse salt.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until nicely browned.
  7. If desired, you can add cheese, but note that some people prefer it without.

Note: This recipe is incredibly simple yet incredibly delicious. The choice of not adding cheese is based on personal preference. Feel free to experiment and make it your own!
