Cathead Old Fashioned Lard Biscuits

Servings: 8 biscuits


  • 2 cups self-rising flour, flour for hands
  • The Lard golf ball size
  • Buttermilk, one cup, cold
  • Skillet Shortcut
  • Butter melted to six teaspoons


  • Turn oven on to 450 degrees.
