Peach Cobbler Recipe: My Own Twist
Just whipped up this peach cobbler to eat later with maybe some ice cream on top
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 medium-sized can of peaches (29 oz.)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (optional)
instructions
- Mix 1 cup each: flour, sugar, milk.
- Melt 1 stick marg. or butter in baking dish.
- Pour your mixture on melted butter in dish.
- Take a med. size can peaches (29 oz.)
- Spoon the peaches over top, then pour juice over it.
- Do not stir!
- Bake preheated oven 350° for like 45 mins. till bubbly or when the top gets brown as you like.
- Oh, and I put just a little vanilla flavoring in that batter, like 1/4-1/2 tsp.,
- however much you like, or you can leave it out.
