I’ve doubted all the raves about 2 ingredient biscuits but I won’t be doubting or making biscuits any other way now!! I didn’t roll out, just pinched them off & rolled like my Mom did….cat head size…cat head biscuits.2 Ingredient Biscuits

2 Ingredient Biscuits recipe


  • 2 cups of self-rising flour
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream


  1. Mix the self-rising flour and heavy whipping cream into a dough.
  2. Pat out the dough and pinch off pieces, rolling into a ball (or cut out if you want
  3. Place the biscuits in a cast iron skillet
  4. rolling into a ball
  5. Bake at 425°F for about 16 minutes.

  • Just to make sure the ease of making is not clouding my judgement, I’ve “tested” them plain, with apple butter, blackberry & strawberry jam & can’t find a fault yet!
  • I’m sure I’ll have to test with gravy before the day is over!! Thank you to everyone who recommended!!!
