Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti recipe
Ingredients
(Sorry I don’t measure anything! Just add until I think it’s enough!
- Spaghetti (about 32 oz)
- Cream of mushroom 2 cans, or more if needed
- Cream of chicken 2 cans, or more if needed
- Velveeta cheese
- Can of rotel
- Chicken
Instructions:
- Boiled chicken with salt and pepper then shredded and set aside.
- Boiled spaghetti in the chicken broth until done. Drain if needed.
- My spaghetti soaked up the broth while it cooked so I didn’t drain and it keeps it juicy!
- Stir in the diced velveeta.
- Cook on low until melted then mix the soups with the rotel in spaghetti and add chicken!
- Season as desired! Simmer until it bubbles on top and enjoy!!!
